It has extremely pleasant and well laid out rooms with central heating, multi-channel television and a refrigerator;))

I enjoyed the room with mini refrigerator, the bed was big. The location of the hotel was favourable and magnificent - just a short stroll away from a municipal Shintō shrine. The staff were very polite and welcoming day and night.

Property was stylish, with pleasant staff and unbeatable location to the International airport at Yen 270. Location short walk to bus terminal/bus stop.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The Hakata JR train station, airport bus station, and subway were all within a short walking distance. The convenience of being able to easily explore the city was a major plus.

The hotel room was comfortable, with an excellent shower. Although the breakfast variety was a bit disappointing, there were plenty of dining options available nearby.

The hotel location was great and magnificent near Hakata bus terminal. Besides, it was right by car rental as well as Hakata station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hakata! the location is unbeatable, just a minute's walk from the subway and conveniently close to the train station. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The rooms were clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds and good bath facilities. I particularly loved the attention to detail, like the mini refrigerator in the room. The breakfast spread was delicious, although I wish it included more variety like eggs and different food options. And a special mention to the complementary coffee to go – perfect for those busy mornings.

All in all, my experience was excellent and I have no complaints.

The hotel had a marvellous location feet from Ninjin Park. The room was new-fashioned with buffet breakfast, mini refrigerator plus good bath facilities, at least for me.

We loved staying in this hotel due to its excellent location. It is within walking distance to the Hakata train station, airport bus station, and subway, making transportation around this city very accessible. We could easily use covered walkways to avoid the rain and had no trouble lifting our luggage over the crosswalks to get to and from the hotel. Surrounding this hotel are various restaurants, convenience stores and shopping malls, including a huge one in the train station complex, granting us a lot of choices for dining and shopping. Moreover, the hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and proper amenities. Staff were very helpful, and the free hot beverages from 3pm were a nice touch to enjoy in the cozy lobby.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it ideal for travelers. The rooms are clean and modern, and the showers are roomy and refreshing with great heads and jets. Some rooms have twin beds that are bigger than others. The front office staff is friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. The hotel also includes excellent facilities, such as free Wi-Fi, free coffee and tea from 3 pm to midnight, and an outstanding western buffet breakfast for a low price.

Some staff members in the hotel are not very knowledgeable about sightseeing and recommending gourmet restaurants.

Great location close to both subway and train station. Nice touch with complimentary coffee, tea and infused water in the lounge. Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast options were limited, and my partner wasn't satisfied with the options. Unfortunately, there was a bug trap under our bed that made us uncomfortable during our stay.

This hotel offers great value for money with its clean and new room interiors. The rain shower head in the spacious single room is a nice touch. The staff are attentive and even provided extra pillows upon request. The location, just a short walk from Hakata JR Station, is very convenient.

No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.
